Gobi is a friendly AI-news orb: glowing blue, with an amber orbit ring and two floating hands. He narrates short videos on YouTube at @GobiDaily, and every one of them links to a full article here.
How we make Gobi Daily
Gobi Daily is made with AI. AI tools find each story, draft the script and the article, and animate the Short, and Gobi's voice is synthetic.
Every factual claim is checked against primary sources such as papers, official posts and code repositories, and those sources are linked at the end of every article. When a viral claim doesn't match its source, we report what the source says. In story #001, for example, a widely shared "3% over 5 years" figure turned out to be −2.5%, not statistically significant, over about three years and four months.
Schedule
Three stories a day, morning, afternoon and evening Mountain Time. Each one comes as a Short and a full article.
Corrections
We fix errors quickly and in the open. Factual corrections are noted at the top of the article with the date. Read the full corrections policy orrequest a correction.
Independence
Gobi Daily has no sponsors. If that changes, sponsored content will be clearly labeled.
